Hairy weather..!

A selfie as I arrived home after my first trip into town for almost a year. SO windy out there today!

I’ve had a wonderful catch-up day with an ex colleague. Years ago in the early 90s, we set up policies in our school to give support to pupils needing extra help in several areas of learning and to those deserving of extension in their areas of specific ability. Way back then, this initiative was not the norm. We were a great team and during our years of working together, I believe I experienced my greatest learning curve since my school days, enrolling in wonderful courses and doing a diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties. I loved it! Teaching those young children and sharing the joy of their success! No trumpet blowing, just my enthusiasm is still there!
