Beautiful sunny dog walk, the dandelions at the labyrinth looked great , busy spreading themselves far and wide. Had a chance conversation with a neighbour I only slightly know , we stood in the sun for nearly and hour getting to know each other more. She has offered to join me on a gentle walk and jog next week in an attempt for me to overcome my resistance to get back into exercising - date is agreed to make me stick to it !
Commenced my next round of hypnobirthing classes online this eve - have 3 couples which is quite different to one in respect of managing an online meeting , playing videos, sharing posters etc I think I pulled it off . Exhausted and croaky after - there’s always soooo much to say and be asked , but it’s always good .
