The Oddbox had pak choi, rather larger than the Waitrose version.
I did various chores in the morning, including a little litter pick, (I can’t stop!).
Work was ok, I got quite a lot done. A customer dropped a tub of pasta sauce;an accident but it sure made a mess and splattered a lot of clothing, whoops.
Home to a fab tart with oven roasted courgette and asparagus! With a mound of red cabbage.
Shower and bed followed quickly.
