FORGE VALLEY LINE

The Forge Valley Railway Line ran from Seamer to Pickering. It opened in 1882 and closed in 1950. A single line 16 miles long, this railway had 6 stations. From the top, images show the branch off the mainline near Seamer. Middle shows the view back to the junction and the final image shows the line curving away towards East & West Ayton.
