Run before the rain

So 7am.dry... knee held out short run after week of challenging walking. thinking is from stepping stones where we are staying . then off for walk round Little Langdale, and Elterwater. Hubby ankle.gave way on step.. loud shout glad to have our son to help get him up.. so turns round came back car parked at pub he had a quick refreshment then back to the eco house!
We.got drenched today.... Out for dinner tapas style Grasmere Brewery and then.packing..
Home.tomorrow the week will have past..
Today is more typical of Lake district westher.
Never.eaten so many pastey/pie type meals ever!!!!! back.to healthier living. walked 50miles in the week and ran a few on top that's OK.
