Him and me both

Bailey and I are both a bit weary tonight. He’s obviously worn himself out sniffing the air in the garden. I’ve worn myself out mainly covering for someone else’s absence. At least it kept me mainly in one place which meant that wearing new shoes was not too painful an experience.
