Storm? What storm?

I felt very lucky to be enjoying a sunshine drenched stroll with blue skies overhead after the storm that arrived early afternoon. For about an hour the heavens opened and the hail stones fell with force. It was also accompanied by claps of thunders and a flashes of lightning. It was so loud you could barely hear the children making contributions on the carpet!!

As the evening arrived, the skies gradually became bluer and then the sunshine. You'd never have believed it had been so horrendous. Madness!'
