Stalactites or stalagmites of Ice

I thought this was a fun photo for the last of Missymoo's Challenges.
I was surprised to see Icicles on this car.
It's a Bitterly Cold Day, unlike last Tuesday.

So these look like Stalagmite's now, but in reality they should look like Stalactite's, because Missymoo's Challenge No. 28 says, Upside down: Take a photo of something upside down. Should be fun!
