Shrimp tacos
A two step forward and two backward kind of day, but I wasn't dancing.
Shrimp in a mayo and Valentina sauce with red onion, tomato, cheese, and cilantro to round off the toppings all wrapped up in warm tortillas.. Not forgetting a squeeze of fresh lime juice of course.
Oh! The Magnum was for dessert, first one of those I've had in donkeys years.
Ah well...
