The race is on...

After listening to Adam Buxton’s Podcast with Lee Mack yesterday at work, whilst driving around today, I tuned into “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Buddha” hosted by Lee Mack and his friend Neil Webster, and I got hooked. Always nice getting paid whilst enjoying a good old Podcast at work.
Managed a tip top recovery run tonight with my friend, mind body and soul all in fine working order after the weekend, so that’s grand.
Then, family dinner followed by me and the lad our favourite You-tubers Dude Perfect in South Africa.
Topped off with a wee walk around the estate with Bobby boy, now, it’s chill time:-)
