Lee Bay

Terri and I had a wonderful outing today to Lee Bay, near Ilfracombe where we met up with Black Tulip and JJ.  We enjoyed a stroll through the village, where a huge vehicle was having a tyre changed after a mishap with the road edges (extra), a difficult job looking at the effort required. JJ treated us to a cream tea at the Grampas Inn - yum and thanks JJ, before we went back down to the beach, the tide having gone out.  The rock formations and colours are amazing!
It was lovely to see a few families down there enjoying the beach and water - and it stayed dry for our outing which was a huge bonus.
