Up on the roof

We get various birds on the roof tops, such as this starling investigating the chimney just now. This morning I had a roofer round to quote for some remedial work and almost before we'd exchanged pleasantries he was up on the roof, walking around, giving it a close inspection. I was quite relieved when he made it back down safely.

In other news, Hector had visits from Mum and Dad as well as Sarah today and was a very good boy.
