Thirst Quencher

You can't beat good old water. I braved the high temperatures today to wander in the city but found too many people there attracted by the yearly Moomba parade. I ducked off into the park and took a walk beside the lovely Yarra River.

I remembered this cafe from when I lived in the area some 10 years back. It had changed very little. The walls were still stacked high with books which you can browse through at your leisure. After sweating so much in the searing sun, the water was my life saver and I enjoyed it enormously before sitting quietly with a coffee and paper. Ah, joy.
