Mangroves

No trip to Sydney is complete without an adventure along the Lugarno mangroves. I always go crazy with my camera (and then can't decide what to blip).

The tide was higher than usual, and the mangroves even more spectacular, and we almost got stranded by the tide coming back. I'd used up so much of my battery taking photos that it was doubtful I'd be able to call the menfolk to come and rescue us.

But we did return, with time to do the Oatley to Como walk, with much pleasure to be had at the pleasure grounds.

A wonderful long weekend with family, the only pity was my brother was too sick to join us.
