Tulips

I think the cold spring has stunted my tulips this year. They seem to be very late bloomers and smaller than last year. Oh well they’re still very pretty.
I did a very stretchy Pilates class today. It was just what I needed. I still need to adapt some of the exercises due to the limited movement in my shoulders, but it does feel good to be doing something and hopefully I’ll start to see improvement soon.
