Thunder and lightning

very, very frightening.

One of those silly things we say in this house when there's a storm. Ali isn't too settled to say the least. I'm thankful it's during the day and not through the night. She's not frightened of fireworks, but goes to pieces in a storm.

I was just about to go out and take some Bluebell pics (twice) when the heavens opened. Between downpours I went out into the garden and took a phone picture of the poor drenched Tree peony (extra) this poor flower's stem has snapped, they're not built for this much rain. At least it's beauty is captured in the photo and on blip.
