A DEER, A DEER --------------------

A quick three mile walk this morning as I had lots to do and then an appointment with the Physio. Lucky to see this little deer hiding in the long grass. The extra is the park I cross to get to my appointment.
I have to get insoles for my shoes and get a walking pole (not stick) Hahahah. So lets hope that will help as walking is really painful.
Off now to do some gardening as my neighbour has given some little plants she has grown from seeds.
It has been a dull day, but the sun has now come out and it is lovely.
