Edna’s on the Green

One of our favorite spots in The Villages is called Edna’s on the green. It is situated on a walking-only pitch and putt (holes mostly about 60 yards long… One or two or 80 or 90 yards). Edna’s features live music, beer/wine and three food trucks (Mexican, barbecue, pizza etc.). Today we went there at lunchtime when mom texted and asked if we wanted to go down. Prior to the text, we hadn’t planned on it at all. So, imagine our surprise when our favorite performers (Gilly and the girl) were playing! They have a pretty strong following… including this group of kazoo players who joined them for the piña colada song.
