Mellow Yellow .....

A busy one today.
Cattle fed and headed off up the road to Aberdeen to pick Junior up and bring him home. Seemingly he can finish the rest of his course from home and that’s him till next term. It’s a tough life !
A lot of folk on planting tatties on the road up. The amount and cost of kit involved in the job is eye watering.
Back home by 5pm , then had all the jobs to do that hadn’t been done while I was away. In for tea by 9 pm , so not bad going.
This field of rape is in full flower in the next door village. There were bee hives beside the fields last year, but don’t see them yet. Maybe it’s too cold for them yet.
