Daphne....

I know there'll be a couple of concerned Blippers who will delight in knowing that Daphne has been relocated and is in safe hands! 

I offered her to my sister, and I was surprised that she said yes. I think it was more about a free plant for her garden and less about doing a good in offering Daphne a new home...! Nevertheless I was glad, and they pilfered her whilst I was at school yesterday. They sent me this selfie. As soon as I got home things felt out of place, and I suppose with Daphne gone it looked even less like my home. I also noticed a hole where another plant was missing- they said it looked good so they nicked that too....

It's funny how symbolic it is. It's just a plant, but to leave her there felt wrong, and I'm glad she's with somebody who'll appreciate her. I shall be getting one for my new place hopefully. It'll be interesting to see if she fares any better at my sister's in different soil. 

Lucy wanted to show me over FaceTime Friday where Daphne has been planted, and I've asked her to look after her for me :-)
