One for Maria

I took this picture yesterday.  We cycled past a food market during our London ride and spotted this wild garlic for sale.  My friend walks every day and is often foraging for whatever she can find, including wild garlic.  I took a picture to send her and she was staggered at the price of something growing wild.

Today was a busy ‘nothing day’ starting with an online training session this morning.  I’m going to get involved with outreach work in schools for the charity that I support with volunteering.  Now I have some spare time, I’m happy to take on an extra project and will look forward to doing some talks in schools over the autumn months.  OH was at a loose end and popped to his mums to do  some gardening but the weather was awful.  I spent the afternoon sewing a peg bag for my daughter, although I wasn’t happy how it came out but will try again another day!
