Grey, raining on and still cool. App showed rain clearing mid afternoon. So cleared some paperwork, had lunch and went out around 3:30.

Up to the Marriott, back through town. Most shops had closed, so quiet. In the gardens a couple were feeding the squirrels. A common sight of course. Provided a blip.

Back to catch up with the news. Middle East sadly on-going. The Indian variant still a concern, but seems the vaccine - is - protecting us. 2nd booster jabs are being brought forward to 8 weeks to give earlier protection. (Over 60’s have already had theirs, unless they opted out).

Tomorrow is the big day for many. Restaurants, pubs and hotels fully open again. Bournemouth will quickly fill up, tho’ weather still iffy.
