Back on Track

Pipe bands, brass bands, wrist bands, banned bands, marriage banns, Barry Bannon, drinking, carousing, having fun, smoking, paddling, snorkeling, other things ending in -ing.  Pronouncements, entrancements, joy, hopes, plans, weeding, planting, watering (for it is still very dry).  Announcements, much gargling with suntan lotion, one piece bikinis, nudists on Graemsay, Hearsay, Gainsay, Eday, Westray.  Vitamin D-lighful. Beer, fizz, gin, larger lager, fights, kites, aerosols, parasols, solaire sols. Walking, bodging, gutter perching, priming, all because we have seen blue sky. A parish stravaig meeting Janet, S-i-L, a lapsed Blipper, Frances with Lillian, Dave, Carla, Sue, Gill, back home to lunch at 3.00pm.  Sun, blue skies, mass hallucinations, sunstroke.  Sometimes I think Adrian Henri got it right. The amber solaire is on me.  

We now await Spring.
