Rhubarb, Rhubarb, Rhubarb

I’ve made another crumble as we’ve been given more rhubarb from the garden of Bickerstaff. D, Alfie and I are trying to cut down on our carbs so the topping is made from almond flour and coconut flour. It’s looking less than crumbly. More stodgy.
I also did some schoolwork, housework and D and I made a shopping list for the dinner party we’re throwing next Saturday. Hopefully it’ll all be more successful than the crumble.
