Another Day ...

Another soaking.
Walked with Elaine through the nature reserve to the new garden centre on Coutances Way.
The plan was to have a look round and have some lunch on the terrace there.
Enjoyed walking through the wild garlic and past the pond, the orchids are just starting to show.
Enjoyed the garden centre but then the rain came down in torrents.
So we cancelled eating there and waited for the rain to ease, then walked back home.
We did get wet but it was nowhere near as bad as yesterday.
Bought lunch from Arlos in the village and ate it back at mine, thank goodness l have some shelter in the garden.
After Elaine had gone home l drove back to the garden centre a bought the things l had left there earlier.
Of course it was raining then.
