On the way back from the supermarket we passed this little van. My wife commented on it first as the tail gate was broken. From the side I recognised it at once, as fellow Blipper @MegaBreadvan has one. This once isn't from here and given that their speed is limited it would have been a long slow drive to get it here.

For those that don't know there is a class of "cars" and microvans (technically quadricycles) in the EU that can be driven on the public highways without a car driving licence. This is one of them. Depending on how each country regulates them, there are different rules, so it's not exactly the same everywhere but here in France they are classed as  Voiture Sans Permis (vehicle without licence).
