The best from a very soggy birthday lunch!

Not the brightest day for weather - in fact it was cold and wet and a draughty at lunchtime, but it was still so very good to finally meet up with everyone and to enjoy their company.  I don’t ever remember celebrating a birthday before when the weather had been so foul.

I’d done my usual Saturday shopping earlier - Andy greengrocer in the market and Tesco Supermarket before stopping at the picture framers on my way home to arrange for my birthday prints to be framed.  Unfortunately my framer in Stocksbridge appears to have gone out of business.  I hope he has survived the pandemic because he probably fitted into the very vulnerable category.
