Whizzing along.

We walked to then end of the beach at low tide.

The kite buggy pilot had great handling skills. He used the big expanse of sand to good effect. He was doing quite a speed; I’m sure it was exhilarating! It’s important to remember that he has no braking system; the hand operated kite is used to accelerate the buggy and assist in braking. And the pilot steers by his feet. This extreme sport requires coordination!

Later, my wife read a bit outside in the sunshine and out of the wind. And I listened to a couple of podcasts indoors.

Watched Edinburgh Rugby v Glasgow Warriors on TV this evening in the Rainbow Cup.

Our older son climbed a Munro this morning. And our younger one played golf this afternoon. The weather was favourable.
