Started the day with a cold snowy morning Walk and bacon and egg sandwich, before cooking a mothers day feast this pm.

A culinary first on all courses, tried my hand at Soda bread, chicken and chorizo Risotto, with a lime and lemon cream tart and raspberry sorbet to finish.....everyone seemed to enjoy it!
