Down Time

Today my mission was to relax and appreciate.
A good session in the gym means my muscles have been screaming, but in a good way (I think).
Rained on and off all day which brought out a lot of vibrant colour - hence the pansies!
Loved swimming outdoors in the rain, walking in the rain, and listening to the torrential rain as we ate Indian takeaway with Ste and Laura.
Finished with 'The Midnight Sky'
(and it's still raining...:)
