It has been an indoors day. Very overcast. Coming to terms with Mum not being with us. It is a time to be sorrowful because she was a beautiful part of our life. The way I am coping is to avoid when possible, self pity. Instead, I am trying to focus on good memories and keep occupied, prayerful and remember all those who have suffered loss of loved ones during their lifetime. It is not easy and each day is different.
Watching The Celestine Prophecy on DVD and may re read some of the James Redfield series of stories
