Flaming bananas.

Had a lot of fun today.

It Mrs W's mother and father came over for lunch. We had a huge Lamb Casserole followed by....... these bananas fried in sugar and butter, flambéed in brandy, smothered in home made chocolate sauce and served with ice cream. OUTRAGEOUS!!

We then sat around chatting finding it difficult to move.

MrH had to go to work a shift at the swimming pool, and I dozed until early evening while Mrs W read her book. A suitably lazy mothers day.

I was so impressed with the flames from this recipe I had to do it all over again in order to blip it.

Large quantities of chocolate and brandy were used in the creation of this blip. Sometimes these things just have to be done.
