Hurrah!

As scheduled, which isn't always the case here in Turkey, the pool maintenance men arrived bright and relatively early and by 9am were well underway in the annual cleaning, removing all the winter grime (extra) . After they'd finished Kat and I decided that we didn't need water in order to get in to the pool and do a couple of lengths (extra). The chaps will be back tomorrow for minor repairs after which we can start to fill with water. Yay, summer is on the way!

A rather too long afternoon of online tutoring and a relaxing evening in the garden with Graham and Kat, creating our barbecue dinner, which was then consumed, as usual, at the table in my sunroom along with liquid refreshment and jolly talk.

I believe this counts as a good day,
