Busy day!

Just getting my blip done before midnight!  So cold again....had to de-ice the car to go to work. Later a bike ride with R  (blip) ...still cold! 
Shopping and doctor's appointment (a hour wait for a 10 min consultation...argh). On the plus side my foot doesn't seem anything too serious but now booked in for ultrasound to check it out. Still hurts! Dinner with a friend....a lovely evening.
