Up and down.

Out for a walk through the Country Park and forest this afternoon. We were thwarted by numerous flooded areas which resulted in us having to make confusing detours. Eventually we made it back to the cafe just in time for a restorative cup of tea. Eight miles covered with plenty of ups and downs.
