Auld Flagstones
That cold northerly wind continues, and a fairly dull day.
Another day working in the museum, and a really quiet morning. There was more folk about after lunch. Walkies with Sammy, and the headed down to help out in the Cornerstone again this evening. More walkies with Sammy, and then feet up for the night.
Popped down the road at lunchtime, and had my usual walk about the old houses. There's been more progress in clearing about the doors. Last time I blipped this house (2019), there was just the doorway cleared. Now you can almost see the whole floor, with the original flagstones. I'd love to become a croft house archaeologist, focusing on 19th century houses, and working on sites like this, maybe one day. Taken in the old houses at Fladdabister.
