Blooming

Woke up to overnight rain. My Rhododendron (bought by Richard some years ago) is at its best at the moment. I thought it deserved starring in today’s Blip.

Made a beef casserole and some flapjack to sustain us. Along with a bit of castle work. Finished reading Spoon Fed by Tim Spector (from the Zoe Covid Sympton app). Very readable and interesting to have some myths about food explained. Well worth a read if you are interested in your diet.
