Forest walk

I had the whole forest to myself and it was a beautifully meditative experience. The sounds, sights and freshness of the day permeated my very being.

I saw a squirrel and am sure it was a red one.

I sat and let the sun heat my face looking across a field towards the mountains.

Spent a lovely day afterwards in the company of the Bajrami family who invited me to stay for a meal to celebrate the end of Ramadan.

Back to work next week. So taking every opportunity to go with the flow!
