Fish curry

As the sun was shining spent most of the day out in the garden. I had thought there would be a trip to pick up the rs6 from its MOT but no such luck. Maybe tomorrow. Good news arrived that my long awaited greenhouse should be with us in 2 weeks.

Dinner tonight was a bit of an experiment from a new cookbook - a Bengali fish curry with hake, mussels & king prawn. Tasted fine but a bit too much faffing .
