Light at the End of the Tunnel

An evening stroll to Liverpool Street surrounds today for an appointment.  As always, good to get out of the virtual office and a day of teams calls.  Good job that left me in a positive frame of mind as I'm now trying to have a discussion with Virgin Media on behalf of my dad. This is harder than it sounds.    

Lights and a puddle of water caught my eye.
