Obstacle course

That was a bit what today's run was like. Small swamps, slippery mud, nettles, low branches, a horizontal telegraph post and this tree (which isn't quite in good focus). I did find an alternative route after I'd climbed over it.
That was while Mr Rat was preparing a very tasty meal of cod with pesto, potatoes and red peppers - a BBC recipe if anyone is interested.
Earlier it was cafe, quiet but 2 customers just as we'd decided to start clearing up! - some housework and some sewing.
The weather still seems to be stuck at below average temps.
