Pershore Warhorse Memorial

Well what a day.

Our Electrician turned up and did a great job in installing our lights. Its only been 10 weeks with just lightbulbs. Took along while to get the lights from the EU but it was worth the wait.

Furniture has also arrived from the EU. Its flat packed and is going to be great fun to assemble. 14 boxes for one bookcase and 9 boxes for the other. The instructions supported by videos on YouTube look to be well thought through.

Needed to pick up a flower pot this afternoon and saw this memorial near Pershore Abbey. It commemorates all the fallen animals from the two wars. Referred to as the “Unknown Warrior” and the horse has been constructed out of horse shoes.
