All stacked up

I'm told that this is probably a Gerbera.
On a less than pleasant day I thought it was also a suitable subject for another attempt at focus stacking. It's simple enough in theory, just take a series of pictures  ( ten in this case) and adjust the focus a bit for each shot. Affinity makes a good job of automatically stitching them together and it's fascinating to watch it at work.
But, with this subject, I'm not entirely sure that it was worth the trouble.
