Well hidden

Would you believe it ..... we had a dry day! No rain until the evening .... I could get used to this!

A lovely wander ...... saw lots of birds & had their singing as a soundtrack to our walk :-)

The highlights of today's walk was seeing this beautiful Roe deer  who posed long enough for me to get this photo! :-)

Then we came across a pond & spotted this Mandarin duck with one tiny little duckling!

She was being very protective of it & kept putting herself between the duckling & us! Made getting a photo of it rather difficult!

I did finally manage to get a rather blurred photo of the duckling on its own which I've added as an Extra :-)

Also saw this Holly Blue which I've put as the first Extra
