Proud Mummy sp

A lovely day with my lot today. The children have been excited about today for the last few days. They had gifts for me hidden in their rooms and were counting down the sleeps. This morning they woke at about 5.45 but luckily for me agreed to come downstairs and play until I got up. I was then greeted with cards that Aunty Jayne and their Dad had organised and sent them home with. Also chocolates, bracelets that they had made at school and a painted picture each. One very spoilt Mummy.

We went to the local church this morning as they were part of a service about Mothers day. I was so proud of them stood at the front telling everyone why they loved their Mummy.

Erin : I like my Mummy because when she puts on a dress she looks beautiful.
Jack : I love my Mummy because she helps me a lot.

So sweet and very moving.

Paul collected us after and we went to meet up with my Mum and my sisters to enjoy a others day carvery. Delicious and a really good time with all the children behaving and all the mums happy. Headed back to Mum and Dads after and spent the afternoon chatting and laughing.
