Sunshiny walk

Nipped out after lunch for a wander around the estate.  Grabbed a coffee to walk with, and went to feed the ducks first. Mummy duck here seemed extremely hungry.  Went back to the path below the mansion to see if I could find a way down to what used to be a pond - I’d tried from a lower path a while ago and no way through.  Noticed over the small wall that there were some old small steps, so scrambled down.  Rather disappointing really as you can see in the lower photo in the collage.  Think it looks better from above.  If my children knew I’d been scrambling over walls and down slopes again I’d be in trouble, haha! Animated discussions going on between mums at the playground about the new parking meters - seems they will be in use by half term when the estate will be busy.  Bradford Council never miss a trick!  Walked back along the lower path spotting a “cow creche”. - all the calves were in one corner of the field seemingly being watched over by one adult.  Lovely to see all the animal babies around at the moment!
