Weather Front

After the terrific thunderstorms overnight its been quite a nice day.
Mostly sunny but the odd cloudburst.
Up early for me and had my car to the village garage for 8am to have an oil inspection and service. 
Walked the short distance home to let Gary the handyman in to decorate the downstairs loo and fit a new toilet roll holder, mirror and towel rail.
Ceiling and walls painted then he went off for a couple of hours to do another job before returning to do a second coat and gloss the woodwork.
Have arranged for him to come back in a couple of weeks to paint the kitchen and main bathroom.
Discussed further decorating including wallpapering to be done in June.
Wednesday is Granny taxi day so l waited for the girls outside school after calling at the tip.
I’ve been in the garden most of the day , taking the plunge and putting some bedding plants in pots, reasoning that l will watch the weather forecast and move the pots under cover if there is a chance of frost.
The photograph was taken on the way to Skipton by Verity in the back seat.
I did the camera setting before we set off and told her just to snap away at anything she fancied.
As you can see we were in a weather front :sunny one minute, raining the next.
