I had an appointment with a podiatrist at 9:30 this morning at a local hospital. At 8:00 the phone rang and I was told I needed to go to a GP's surgery instead. We were not amused by the late notice.
Fortunately, the mystery surgery had a very friendly, helpful and professional podiatrist. Another positive NHS experience.
