Horse trading

In 1988 we were lucky enough to travel from Hong Kong to London by train, via China, Mongolia and the former USSR. This watercolour that we bought in Xian, from an artist who had his paintings spread on the floor in an old hall, depicts a horse and cattle market. I played Mahjong this afternoon so thought this was a suitable blip.
