Smart meter?

Not very smart for me as I seem to have pulled my back again while clearing  under stairs cupboard for this installation! Have contacted Greener Energy who installed heating and water system back in November! Still having issues.  Have discovered with help from a dear friend who dealt with water tanks. We discovered only the top half of tank was on timer  bottom half was actually switched off. Blowed if I can see how I can get 3 or 4 baths from only top half of tank timed for 4 hours a day. Going to Inverness for the day with Valerie, starting with paracetamol not used for months. Sorry rant over.
